On May 12, 2023, the General Services Administration (GSA) announced the inaugural members of the Federal Secure Cloud Advisory Committee (FSCAC), appointing 14 representatives from both public and private sectors. GSA
The FSCAC is tasked with advising the GSA Administrator, the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP) Board, and federal agencies on various aspects of securely adopting cloud computing products and services.
Among the appointees is Google, a founding member of the Cloud Service Providers-Advisory Board (CSP-AB), selected as one of the four representatives from businesses that primarily provide cloud computing services. GovCon Wire
